Black Dahlia Lacquer ~Blue-Green Zinnia

**I was recently emailed by the owner of BDL and she informed me that when she gave me names she forgot a key word for this polish!! It is Called Blue-Green Zinnia!!makes more sence huh!? ok, continue:)

Hello ladies :)  Today I have for you another amazing polish from Black Dahlia Lacquer. The name of this one is Blue-Green Zinnia. This actually kind of confuses me because it’s a blue polish. It is supposed to be a “subtle green holo”. I tried all kinds of lighting and it was still a light blue. So for me, I just looked at it as a gorgeous blue polish :). It applied smooth and took 3 coats to be solid on the nail. This polish is full of turquoise micro shimmer flecks and the most subtle holo dust that lightly glints in the sun. I really love these polishes so far!! Such great quality and different glitter mixes than I have seen anywhere! Check out this one I did with tiny blue bow gems! There are a lot of pics because like I said I tried lots of lighting. Enjoy friends :)

Black Dahlia Lacquer ~ Olaf's Snow Flowers

Hey everyone!! Tonight I have another Black Dahlia Lacquer to show you!! I was in touch with Deanna the other day and i got the names of the polishes!! This one is called Olaf's Snowflowers.  It is a white polish totally jam packed with silver and gold holo glitters in different shapes and sizes. This is supposed to be a winter polish but i would wear this every day if i could!! I only got a mini and its 3/4 gona already because i love it that much!! All of my pics are 3 thin coats and top coat. Even though this polish has a mass amount of glitter it still applied pretty smoothly. All the glitters layed flat and no holo was lost in the mix!! It also dried quickly! I really need to get this in a full sized and then a back up!! Hope you all like it just as much as i do!! :)
Oh ya!! The heart stud came in a stud wheel i received from a nail mail swap :)
Blurry to show the holo!! I swatched this 4 times and still couldnt catch the look of how holo this really is!! I guess you just need to buy it and see for yourself ;)

Black Dahlia Lacquer ~ Midnight Morning Glory

Hello again!! Lately I have run into another puddle of luck! I won my first ever nail art contest :) I was the intermediate winner with my stars and stripes mani! Here is the entry picture:

I am so excited still that I won! I definitely will have a post about that another time but speaking of luck, I also won 2 mini polishes from Black Dahlia Lacquer. The Duo behind this brand is mother, Deanna, and daughter, Aubrey! They have not even launched yet and the polishes don't even have names!! * now they have names!! And this one is Midnight Morning Glory! Midnight Morning Glory is a sapphire blue extreme holo. It is amazing! My birthday is in September and my birthstone is sapphire so I can assure you this will be on for my 30th!! Ugh... 30... at least my nails will look fabulous :) I will warn you now that there are about 30 pics from this polish! I couldn't help it! I always have a hard time capturing holo but this baby was not shy at all!! #1 has become, well, my #1 lol! Lets start with the photos from my kitchen with no light but day light!

Isn't she a stunner?!?!  On to the direct sunlight pics!!

And now for the macros!! Bottle shots:

Nail shots:

I would totally recommend keeping an eye out for this new indie brand. Follow them here on instagram, and here on facebook! All of these pics were 2 easy peasy coats with top coat. Just wait until you see the others I received! The ladies from BDL sent me 4 minis because they didn't have one that I had requested. I think I may be glad they didn't because the next polish is super unique and in my opinion a super must have!! Wait!! Did I say that they are 5 free and vegan friendly?!?! WOW :) Stay tuned :)
