Zombie Claw ~ Indie Positivity Exclusive

*Provided for review

Hi!! Are you a part of the Indie Positivity on FB? If not you totally should be 👍 Today I have an IP custom polish from Sabrina at Zombie Claw. I can't wait for you to see this. It's unique and so so pretty!

Candy Cottage is "a linear holographic rose pink base with pink-green-gold color shifting flakes, lime green to gold iridescent hexes with micro red, pink, purple, and blue glitters." The colored micro glitters are the best part of this polish. They stand out on their own while totally complimenting the polish as a whole. Super impressed with this polish all around. Formula was smooth and easy to work with. I used 3 coats with glossy and matte top coats for my swatches. Candy Cottage is $11 USD but everyone in the Indie Positivity group gets a $2 off coupon!! (Code can be found in the group!)

Wildflower Lacquer ~ March '19 PPU

*Provided for review

Hello! How is your weekend so far? My girls and I are just watching Netflix not doing much of anything. Perfect weekend 😊 It's starting to get closer to PPU weekend so I will start sharing my stuff! First up for the album cover theme is Wildflower Lacquer. Let's see what Taylor has to offer.

Twisted Fool "is a dark purple jelly with crystal flakies that shift from aqua to green, scattered rainbow flakies, and a gold to blue shifting shimmer." Twisted Fool is inspired by Glass Animals. I am honestly so upset with myself over this polish. I don't feel I did it the justice it deserves. My bottle shots are really good but on the nail I just couldn't capture the depth of beauty. The blue shift in this polish is to die for. Taylor makes a mean purple polish 💜 The formula is as smooth as jelly polishes come, and even with all the flakies it still lays nice and flat. I used 3 thin coats plus glossy and matte top coats for my swatches. Twisted Fool will be $12.50 USD.

It's limited so when the wish list opens make sure to add this asap! Have a great night. Come back tomorrow for the next PPU polish!

Lilly Anne's Garden Autumn 2017 Box Featuring Vinailicious

                                                                           *Provided for review.

Aaahhhhhh... The first taste of fall. Well, not literally taste but close enough lol. Are you ready for fall/autumn? I most certainly am. I do not tolerate heat very well. Even though I am only in CT, my body totally rejects heat. Totally miserable without an air conditioner. So fall, yes. You are so very welcome to stop by! Please feel free to bring Lilly Anne's Garden Autumn 2017 Box, hoodies, bon fires, pumpkin everything AND apple everything! Do you have a favorite? I'm guessing PS will win here lol! I am 50/50. I just love to bake :) Make sure you read to the bottom for a bonus!!!  Hope you are ready to drool!!!

Think I will go in order of my daily use so let's start with the scrub. You will receive a 2oz. jar of a SUGAR scrub in the scent Autumn Rain. Brand Scent description: "It's a crisp autumn day and the rain has just begun to fall. The fresh, dewy, cool autumn air carries the scent of dried leaves and hay bales from the farm next door as well as amber and fresh cut wood from the wood pile across the yard. Fallen leaves, hay bales, fresh stacked wood, cool autumn air. A fresh, invigorating, strong scent that is true to it's name." My description: You're in an open field early in the morning. Before the sun is out, but it is still light. Dewy grass under your bare feet. Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose. That's the scent you get when you use it. Now imagine you are in the same place as before but now it has just stopped raining. Close your eyes and take another deep breath through your nose. This is the scent that is left behind as you dry off your hands after the scrub. It's magic. there are before and after scents. Just like before and after rain. It's got the leafy wood smell in there subtly as well. Perfectly autumn. I use less than a teaspoon and it is plenty. Using sugar instead of salts is less drying for your hands and actually attracts moisture. The oils in this are wonderful. Leaves your hands smelling very clean, fresh, and soft.

After I let that sit for about 5 minutes, I use some Apple Harvest Festival lotion. This is a very thick heavy lotion, perfect for the drier months to come. It comes in a 2oz. bottle and it only takes a blueberry sized dab to do it's job. Once the warmth from your skin softens it all up it soaks in and leaves your hands incredibly silky. Brand Scent Description: "Notes of sweet slow-cooked apples with mulled berries and citrus rind provide a bright top note leading to a warm blend of star-anise, cinnamon sticks, and cloves for middle notes, and a succulent caramelized brown sugar rounding out the base. Candied, baked, dumplings or turnovers, all the great smells of the local apple festival." My description: Exactly that lol! It reminds me of when I am baking apple fritter bread. Fresh from the oven, using a pot holder to fan the luscious steam into my face. Oh so yummy!

Immediately after I lotion up, I use the oil. I let them soak in together. The Pumpkin Bread oil is my favorite thing in this box I think. I used this last night at my birthday dinner. My mother in law saw me and asked to sniff. I handed her the bottle and she took a large whiff. She then put it right on her wrist like a perfume so she could continue to sniff it lol! It really is a homey, delicious, take you right to Thanksgiving dessert type scent. The oil itself is marvelous. It comes in a 5ML roller ball bottle. I will say, I don't care for the roller ball application. I feel like so much comes out. I prefer the click pen with the brush. This is purely my opinion though. and I have solved my over use by using a clean up brush. I swipe some oil off the ball with the brush to apply it. Less oil used and a bit more precise. For me anyways. Here is the Brand Scent Description: " This one is fresh baked and right out of the oven. Makes your mouth water while it fills your home with the scent of fresh baked pumpkin bread. Catch the smell of pumpkin pie spice with just the right amount of baked crust. A must have fragrance for fall." My description: I agree. The best part is, that as the scent fades, it leaves just the cinnamon smell behind. This really smells exactly like a fresh baked pumpkin bread!

Lastly, after all the oil is soaked in, maybe 20 minutes or so, I apply the Blackberry Scone cuticle balm. You will get a 10G jar of the balm. This balm is a harder balm. I prefer that. It is less messy and allows you to start with a small amount then add if you need to. Waste not, ya know?! To me, balm is a sealer. It's the top layer that hold all the moisture from the other products in. I could be wrong but whatever lol. Now for the Brand Scent Description: "Notes of freshly picked blackberries are complimented by hints of boysenberries & raspberries and nuances of buttery, warm crust. This scent is more fruity than bakery, so the sweetness doesn't overpower the fruit. My description: This takes me back to Montana. Right after my husband and I got married, we won a trip to Montana for an all inclusive vacation provided by Marlboro. We have quit smoking since then (yay!!), but scents are always good for taking you back to your past. Every day we had the most amazing local food. One night we had a homemade berry ice cream and this brought me there. Super fresh berryness. So not only does this smell heavenly, it took me to a very special place as well. Totally teary right now...

Now that your hand care is taken care of, we are prepped for an exquisite mani using Leaves Vinyls from Vinailicious! These are great for nail art and super easy to use. I will be posting my mani to my IG and FB so make sure you keep your eyes peeled.

Are you excited yet?? If you are a fall lover, like myself, DO NOT MISS THIS! The box will be available tomorrow, September 1st 2017, for $21 USD + shipping. LevelUP Lacquer ~ The Guardians Box

                                                                                       *Provided for review

Happy Friday!! Who is ready for the weekend? It always sounds weird to say that on a Friday because the "weekend" in this house is Tuesday & Wednesday. Since it was not my weekend, I spent my night getting this post ready for you :) LevelUP Lacquer's The Guardians Box! Get comfortable because there are tons of pics. If you haven't seen it yet, you can see my un-boxing first impressions HERE. This box has 3 full sized limited edition polishes, a mani bomb with a special scent created just for this box, a magnet with all of the characters from Guardians of the Galaxy, and lastly the cutest thing ever. I'm sorry, what I meant to say there at the end is a Baby Groot keychain. The price is $30 + free shipping in the U.S. I promise you it's worth it. Let's take a look!

The Guardians Box

Here is the magnet! I put this on my helmer so fast lol!

Here is Baby Groot!!!! He lives on my tripod so we can always "hang out". I know... I'm not funny

For the life of me I could not put my finger on the scent of this mani bomb! Thankfully, I was told exactly what it is! It is a custom Gamora scent that consists of Dragon's Blood, Sandalwood, and White Rose. I NEVER would have gotten that. It is really hard to explain, but it is soothing. I have not used it yet but as soon as I do, I will share a video on IG. For now, here are some pics of the mani bomb, the packaging, and the directions and ingredients. This mani bomb is brought to you by Ship of the Line Salts & Soaps. Please make sure to check out this shop as well!!

Now for the polish. First up is We Are Groot. This one is a warm toned brownish color with tons of iridescent glitters. So much so, that it was a tiny bit chunky. I said in my un-boxing video that I was not sure how I felt about this one. It's really just my color preference. If you are a brown lover than you will need this! It is unique and very pretty. I have never seen a base quite like this. You can't see it from a distance but wait for the macro. It's sandy. Not feeling, but looking. You'll see. For my swatch I used 2 coats plus top coat.

Can you see the speckles?? So neat :)

Second polish is Bunch Of A-Holes. This is a jelly polish filled with glitter and a subtle holo. I thought this was a flakie polish! Upon further inspection, I noticed the "flakies" were really glitter pieces. Almost like the little edges from already cut glitter. Know what I mean?? Again, you will have to see the macro! The color is also super pretty. It's a cross between cranberry and black cherry. I used 3 thin coats plus top coat.

How funky is this?!?! Awesome effect!

We finally made it to the last polish! This is the thermal in the bunch. I'm sure we all know by now how I feel about thermals... LOVE THEM!!!! This one is so regal. Is that the right word? I don't know. It's just so plush! Its like a fine flakie, metallic, foil polish that when cold is a mossy, hunter green and when warm, is an olivey, antiquey, gold. Let's not forget about the UCC Flakies! Seriously stunning. Reminds me of royalty and Mardi Gras lol! I used 3 coats for my swatch with top coat.

Do you love it?? You definitely will never see a set of polish quite like this ever again. Each one unique in it's own way. Fun fact: My grandmother collected keychains and she passed that love down to me. This Baby Groot keychain hit my heart a little <3 Do not pass up this box! Keep an eye on my IG feed. I will be sharing swatch videos later today. As always, links below. Thanks for stopping by :) I hope you all have a lovely weekend!!
