LevelUP Lacquer ~ Atomic Flakies Collection

          Guess what?!?! Ash from LevelUP Lacquer has made a second flakie collection!! The first was the Intergalactic Flakies Collection. You can see those HERE. I have a few pics for each polish so this will be full of pics. Fun Fact: When I opened the box with these polishes in it, I was wearing 2 polishes from the IFC!! I love flakies so much and I am just now realizing this. Better late than never right?! The planned launch date for these is August 1st. Are you ready to see these babies? Lets do it!


           Geiger Counter is the first of the bunch. This is really unique. I don't think I have seen flakies in a metallic base. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong! It has a silver metallic base and its full of flakies that change from copper to red to fuchsia to green. All of these polishes have the same type of flakies. I used 2 coats with top coat for my swatch.

          Firestorm is a clear base jam packed with the same flakies as Geiger Counter! I used 1 coat over black with top coat for my swatch. As usual, all the polishes applied perfectly!

          Super Mutant is next and it is such a fun polish. The base is a slime green crelly! I feel like I could pour it out and play with it lol. I see this being really useful around Halloween time!!! I used 2 coats with top coat. I also matted this but I prefer it shiny.

          Nuclear Winter is a gorgeous, medium, dusty, shimmery blue. The flakies are a little more subtle in this one but the base totally makes it! Great formula! 2 coats plus top coat. Again, I matted this one but again, I prefer it shiny.

          Last up is my favorite!! Half-Life is a dark purple squishy jelly polish with all those beautiful flakies. It looks like the flakies just float in there. I used 3 thin coats with top coat. This one WILL be on my nails for Halloween!! Shiny or matte its perfect!

LevelUP Lacquer ~ Overwatch Colors

          Hello! How many of you are game players?? My husband LOVES his games but I don't know too much. I know Mario, Mario Kart, and Mario Party! Oh, and I love Just Dance LOL! I seriously lack the coordination to play certain games (I've tried)... So when I saw these were based on Overwatch characters I knew I had to do my research! Luckily Ashley, being the awesome lady she is, sent me pics and info on each one!

          First up is Die Die Die. This polish is based on Reaper who is the rouge type, shotgun wielding, madman!

 

Die Die Die is a dark grey crème polish with black, red, and silver glitters. I used 2 perfect coats with top coat and I also matted it!

Widowmaker Here is based on Widowmaker who is the inconveniently gorgeous French sniper.

 

 

I used 3 thin coats of Widowmaker Here with topcoat. This is so much more complex than it looks. At first glance its a grapey purple with red glitters. Up close you can see the pink glitters and flashes of blue. OMG!! This polish would be fine with 2 thicker coats, but you now me... :)

Mercy On Call is based on the healer Mercy.

 

 

This polish is my favorite of the bunch. Mercy On Call is an off white crème polish with holo shreds, ultra fine gold glitter, and iridescent glitters. So eye catching for such a neutral color. I used 3 thin coats, but again 2 would be perfectly fine.

Lastly is Cheers Love! This one is based on Tracer. Tracer is the spunky british instigator who laughs while she shoot you in the head.

 

 

Cheers Love is a glitter topper in a clear base so for undies I used a polish to match the blue glowy thing on her chest. I used a glow in the dark polish from Claire's. Don't even get me started on that!!! There will be no glow pics sadly. Either way the jelly polish was the perfect color match!! One coat of Cheers Love over Claire's Neon Twilight.

LevelUP Lacquer ~ July Multiplayer Box

          Hi there! Today I bring you July's Multiplayer Box. I am super late getting this post up. I had the first 2 polishes swatched almost immediately but I just could not find the right color to show the glitter off best. It looks good over many colors but when it's official pictures it's gotta be better than good. Does that make sense? Anyways, you know the deal with the monthly box right? If not you can read the deets here!

          As usual, the Zoya in this bunch is amazing! Levi is a nudey gold color that also has small holo hexes. Such a PERFECT summer polish, totally looks like sand. 2 perfect Pixie Dust coats without top coat.

Sea Foam is a greenish teal polish with tons of silver ultra micro flakies. It was sheer on the first coat but builds up nicely. 3 smooth coats with top coat and matted.

Lastly for this months box is Beach Comber. Beach Comber is a packed glitter bomb polish with a purple shimmer. The shimmer is slight but so perfect for this mix. there are holo circles along with translucent glitters, matte glitters, and iridescent glitters. This reminds me so much of beach balls!! so fun and bright :) 1 coat over CCNP I'm Blue for You with top coat and also matte!
