Hi! How are you doing this fine evening? I just watched The Walking Dead season 9 finale. Disappointed is an understatement. WTH! I expected some type of action. Well, let me show you something that is the complete opposite of disappointing. LevelUP Lacquer is back for April's PPU and Ash nailed it ❤ She was inspired by this famous work of art.

Love Without Limits is a classic white crelly with mixed black and red glitter and a scattered holo shine. Formula on this was great for a crelly base. Plenty of glitter so no fishing. The glitter also lays nice and flat. 2 coats would work but I did add a 3rd just because I'm me lol. Don't forget that glitter polishes are harder to remove so to make it easier use a peel off base coat. I used 3 thin coats for my swatches. Please be easy on my art. We all know that I am not an artist!!

Post number 2! And there may be a third. I just have tons to show you ❤ This awesome polish is brought to you by LevelUP Lacquer. Ash was inspired by Gloryhammer album Space 1992:Rise Of The Chaos Wizards. Shall we?

Darkstorm Galaxy is a "purple jelly packed with UCC Green/purple flakes and mixed purple glitter." This jelly is sheer enough to layer over another color but I prefer it layered over itself. It has so much going on and the depth is amazing. It really is totally packed with flakies and glitter. It's mesmerizing 😍 I was shocked when it laid almost totally flat. The base builds up nicely in 3 coats. There is also a really pretty shiftiness to this baby. I used 3 coats plus glossy and matte top coats for my swatches. Darkstorm Galaxy will be $10.50 USD.

This polish was really refreshing. I haven't seen anything like it in such a long time! Takes me back to like 2013 indies. Love it!! PPU will be open March 1st - March 4th. Darkstorm Galaxy will have a cap of 200 bottles. Wish lists are open so go put this on there! Have a good night y'all 💜

LevelUP Lacquer ~ Polish Pickup January 2018

Hey peeps! Tonight is going to be busy here! I have this post and another as well as videos for both! So let's get right to it. LevelUp Lacquer is returning again to Polish Pickup for January. The theme for Januarys inspiration is "Crystals & Gemstones". Ashley, along with 2 other makers, Crows Toes & Chirality, have each chosen 1 of the 5 Infinity stones from the Marvel Universe to use as inspiration. The one I have for you today is inspired by Aether. 

Infinite Realities has a sheer, ultra holographic base with black and red glitters in multiple shapes and sizes. This polish can be used as a topper but I suggest it by itself. It is just so busy that it needs nothing else! It is a glitter bomb so I suggest a peel off base coat for easier removal. I used 3 thinner coats for my swatch and 2 coats of top coat. It is a thirsty glitter so a good top coat is pretty important.

So? What do you think? I think it's phenomenal! SO. MUCH. SPARKLE. Totally captures the theme for the month. Polish Pickup will be open January 5th - 8th so make sure you set your alarms! LevelUP Lacquer ~ Star Wars Inspired Quarterly Box

Hello! How is your holiday season so far? Have you finished your shopping? I have been super busy and am not even close to done shopping. Same as every year lol! I have some things to show you that may help you with your shopping for the nail lover in your life or maybe just for you...

The Star Wars inspired quarterly box from Ash, over at LevelUP Lacquer, will have 4 full size polishes and 1 bath bomb. I do not have the bath bomb for this post but I will give an update on IG when I have it! This box was up for pre-order but will be coming back later this month for anyone who didn't get it 👍

First polish is For The Troopers. This polish is a white crelly base with black and grey hex glitters and a red, glass-fleck flash! For a crelly polish, I feel this one was easy to work with. Builds up beautifully with an even glitter pay out. I used 3 coats with a top coat.

The next polish is a jelly! Far Far Away is a bold blue jelly polish with different sizes of color shifting glitters. The glitters are just like the unicorn pee pigment. Soooo awesome.  I used 3 coats with top coat. This polish was nice and easy to work with.

Hope. I think this one is my favorite. Hope has a purple, gold, blue color shifting base with silver holo shreds. The first coat was a tad streaky but the second coat completes it. I used 2 coats with top coat.

Last, we have Rule Of Two. This one has a thermal base that goes from black to clear. It is a jelly base with red and black glitters and black flakies. I love thermals. This one is so bad ass!! Red and black together is just such a strong combo. This went on flawlessly in 3 coats with top coat.

Yay! It's my Friday!! Which I will use to work because it is a super busy week! On Thanksgiving, I am making the whole shebang at my house. Then, we are transporting said feast to my mother in laws house. AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW! All the kids are grown and have other plans and my father in law will be hunting. She thinks she will be all alone on Thanksgiving. We just don't do that in this family so we are bringing Thanksgiving to her. We may make her cry... for all the right reasons ❤💗 While on the topic of food, let's talk polish. Make sense, right?!

Candy Canes is practically edible! (PLEASE DON'T EAT THE POLISH)!

It really looks just like a candy cane! It is a white crelly/crème base with small and medium red hex glitters and a red flash. I used 3 thin coats plus top coat, but 2 thicker coats will work if you prefer.

The second polish is Strawberry Champagne. This one is a pinky, foily, gold with red and gold micro flakies! This is the perfect polish for someone who likes nude polish. It has just enough flash to make a statement but it's totally wearable in a meeting! I used 2 coats plus top coat.

Sugared Gumdrops is a glitter polish that is mostly opaque in 3 coats! If you use a sponge to apply your glitter this will be full coverage. I brushed on each layer to keep the squish! SG is a clear base with mini silver flakies ,and medium green and lime transparent glitters. Pretty sure I see mini holo flakies as well!! SG in 3 coats plus top coat.

Hot Chocolate; this is a staple for the holiday season! I like to use my homemade marshmallows when I have a mug. Sooooo yummy!! This polish has a creamy chocolate colored base with subtle shimmer, white hex and square glitters. For this one I used 3 thin coats plus top coat but 2 thicker coats will also work just fine!

My favorite one in this set is Cranberry Sauce! She is a stunning cranberry colored linear holo with color shifting iridescent glitters. Everyone should have this polish. It captures cranberry sauce(the food) so very well! I used 2 smooth coats with top coat.
