Hey everyone!! Sorry for my absence. Summer is always crazy around here. I also tried to blog on another site but I like this one better. So, here we are with a new to me brand of indie polish. Angie is the owner and creator behind Dam Nail Polish. Dam is her last name so its okay to say it!!! My girls love to ask for the Dam Nail Polish lol! I have seen this brand before but as you all know, polish money is always super tight around here. I was super excited for the chance to review some thermal polishes. Thermal for me is up there with holo. GOTTA HAVE IT! I will just be posting pics here but I am sharing swatches and videos on IG and I have a live swatch video on YouTube so make sure you check it all out!

First, lets take care of the review part. They all had the same formula being all crème polishes. The first coat was a little streaky. Make sure to polish carefully or you can easily cause bald spots. For each swatch I used 3 coats and top coat. Other than the first coat these are wonderful. The color change on each polish is so visible and fun. Let's get to the swatches.

Cerulean Skies is the first one I swatched from the Summer Sunset Series and it got me really excited for the rest. This polish goes from a dusty grey-blue when cold, to a nude-grey when warm. Such a perfect combination of colors. I used 3 coats of Cerulean Skies with top coat.

Blushing Nudie is a pretty pink polish that when cold is a bright pink, and when warm softens to a very pale pink. Being a pink lover, I am more than happy to have a pink to pink thermal. I used 3 coats of Blushing Nudie with top coat

Exotic Horizon is next and this one is my 2nd favorite of the bunch. It is a grapey purple when cold and a bright orchid when warm. The transition in this polish is so bold. I really love the cold color. I could have kept my hands in ice water all day lol!! I used 3 coats of Exotic Horizon with top coat.

Lastly and my absolute favorite is Auburnt. This color is so very sensitive. It changes super easily. It was changing color just while holding the bottle for pics! Great quality! Normally I don't care for either of these colors on their own. something about them being together though really makes this polish special. It is unique and flattering for everyone. When warm Auburnt is a mango yellow-orange color. When cold it is this mauvey, terra cotta, I don't even know. It's gorgeous though! A serious must have. I used 3 coats of Auburnt with top coat.

What do you think?? I really love the fact that they are simple cremes. It leaves so much room for art! I will be using these often. I actually wore all 4 on my vacation :) Great staying power for thermal polishes. Here are the release deets. Pre-order is live now until September 1st or until sold out. They will be officially releasing on September 2nd. Individual bottles as well as the set will be available. Through the pre-order, the price for the set is $32.50 plus shipping. That price will go up a little on the release date. I will leave Angie's links below so you can snatch these up! Make sure you follow and keep an eye out for all the beautiful swatches of this collection :) Have a good evening!! Thanks for reading :)
